Returns

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made, stitched, or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

Custom orders are final sale.
Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved (excluding non-returnable items), you may place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, except for custom-made or personalized items, which are exempt from return and refund under EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • With original tags
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days
  • Bank or payment provider processing times may vary

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
